Working Principle

Food Grade Round Magnetic Grates utilize a carefully designed permanent magnetic field pattern across multiple parallel rods. When raw materials flow through the circular frame by gravity or mechanical force, any magnetic contaminants and fine iron fragments are instantly pulled from the product stream and locked securely onto the underside of the bars.
